ABOUT ME

I have 20 years' experience in end to end research and insights project management, from national policy at the Department for Work and Pensions to workplace culture in the NHS, higher education and charity sectors. I take a collaborative approach, putting the voice of the participant at the heart of every project, and I am highly experienced in facilitating workshops and focus groups, with particular expertise in employee experience and engagement. Beyond these specialisms, I work with organisations across any sector, helping them make sense of existing data or design new research to answer the questions that matter most.
