I help organisations make sense of the data they already hold, from surveys, customer and staff feedback and employee data. Many organisations are sitting on more insight than they realise, with answers that haven't yet been unlocked. I sort and arrange this data so the patterns and stories within it become clear, presenting evidence in a way that's easy to understand and act on, giving you a clearer picture to inform future direction.

I design and deliver research from start to finish, shaped around the questions you need answered. This might mean questionnaires built to capture the right data, observational insight gathered in real settings, or in depth interviews that surface what surveys alone can't reach. I often draw on a mixed methods approach, combining different ways of collecting insight to build a fuller, more reliable picture.

I facilitate workshops and focus groups that create a safe space for staff, customers and patients for example, to share their lived experiences openly. These sessions surface real insight direct from the people who matter most, helping organisations make evidence informed decisions rather than assumptions.

I offer flexible, ongoing support through monthly fractional arrangements, giving you guaranteed access to senior level research expertise without the cost or commitment of a full time hire. For one-off time limited projects, engagements start from a two day minimum, while fractional arrangements offer consistent insight capacity over time, typically one to three days a week, with priority booking built in.
